UEMSA has been given the privilege of creating the first 911 medical response team on the Tampa campus!

We are looking for hardworking and professional Paramedics, EMTs, and EMRs to apply to be a first responder on campus! With this position, you will be a crucial part to campus safety by helping people in real medical emergencies.

Welcome to the University Emergency Medicine Student Association (UEMSA), a student organization on the University of South Florida Tampa campus!

We offer educational courses and certifications that cover first aid, basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). These certifications can be used to work and gain volunteer and patient care hours in many areas of the health care system, including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), health care setting, and even here on campus!

We also offer medical first-aid and stand-by services for USF sponsored, on-campus events and student organizations. Request services here or contact us to discuss details.
